YOU: Incredibly strong desire to learn the ins and outs of email marketing. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple, immediate tasks while paying close attention to detail is a must. Ability to work as a member of a team and to carry out assignments. Basic technical and computer skills a must (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, MAC OS X)

The internship will provide a context for student to gain practical experience to build his or her portfolio. Ideally, intern should love story telling and be able to write that story in an email. The intern will be taught to tell stories through a series of strategic emails.

The internship hours can be flexible to class and work schedules. However, the intern will be expected to complete assigned work, be accountable to commitments, and attend certain events that need to be filmed. Internship will include an estimated 8-10 hours per week or more. Candidates should be dependable, reliable, and enthusiastic. Candidates should demonstrate initiative and commitment.

Tasks:
\n
Writing email campaigns for SQTR authors
Interviewing SQTR authors to retell their stories.
Scheduling the email campaign
Evaluating the analytics to see if the emails performed.

Training:
\n
New intern orientation and weekly mentoring by CEO/Executive Producer. Virtual job shadowing during training. Weekly training on various duties including, but not limited to, email marketing, social media posting, and scheduling.

Learning Outcomes:
\n
The internship will be able to provide a context for student to gain practical experience to build his or her portfolio. The intern will be taught to tell stories through a series story-telling emails. The student will gain knowledge on profitable email campaigns.
