Organization Description

New Hope Academy of Change,( NHAC )is a non-profit educational organization that provides services and programs to at-risk youth. Services include Career Development, Counseling, College Outreach, Mentoring, Tutoring (academic), Health education,Trauma informed care, Life skills,Sports , Visual and Performing Arts. NHAC staff also conduct parent training workshops and education on how to help their student succeed in school, College Outreach, Financial aid, Trauma informed care, human trafficking, sexual abuse and child abuse reporting. The objective of NHAC is to promote positive change and to provide "a new hope or a "new beginning " as reflected in our agency name.

Program Information

Assist NHAC staff with intake, mentoring and coaching students We plan to utilize students to assit with conducting parents and students in group counseling and information meetings. Students will also be utilized to tutor and provide guidance in college preparation for college requriements A-G ,for SAT, ACT and earning good grades in high school to meet admission requirements.

All students, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, are open and welcome to participate.
