Program Information RG is an after-school tutoring program located in the City of La Habra. In 1991, Rose Espinoza was concerned for the growing gang activity and low educational attainment of children in her neighborhood and decided to take action. What began withopening her garage doors to neighborhood children to assist them with their school work, has now become a place for students to escape the street's dangers and prosper into outstanding citizens and future leaders.
