Pacoima is home to a vibrant working-class community of color,taking on environmental injustice in an industrial suburb of LA's Northeast San Fernando Valley. We are building a team of member leaders: To create and promote a long-term vision for our community and realize immediate improvements, To facilitate civic engagement,build community,and encourage health through education,skill-based trainings,and collective actions, To advocate for a fair share of resources and infrastructure,including for a more walkable and bikeable community,for more open space and recreation,and for cleaner and greener industries.
