Position Description

• Identify eligible study subjects for a variety of research projects.
• Consent/assent and enroll study patients, perform in-person interviews, follow-up study phone calls and data entry.
• Abstract data for research studies and quality improvement projects.
• Perform data analysis.

• Understanding benefits and drawbacks of specific study designs.
• Data entry and validation.
• Constructing study tools to obtain desired information.
• Experience with quality improvement studies.
• Opportunity for co-authorship on research/quality improvement posters and manuscripts.

Desired Qualifications

• Microsoft Office
• RedCAP
• Electronic medical record experience
• Strong study design skills
• Strong data analysis skills

Length of Position: Minimum requirement is 170 hours

Hours per Week: Students set their schedules
