Organization Description

Strive Community Health is a non-profit community-based health education and social service organization that was established to provide mental health counseling, alcohol and other drugs treatment. As an institution of knowledge, we strive to educate and develop community leaders.

Program Information

Our service objectives aim to improve the health and wellness of under-served inner-city populations. 1. MENTAL HEALTH 2. DRUG TREATMENT 3. PERINATAL SERVICES 4. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES 5. GRIEF REACH-SUPPORT GROUPS 6. YOUTH ADVOCACY & DEVELOPMENT 7. HEALTH EDUCATION-NUTRITION SERVICES 8. HIV TESTING & PREVENTIVE SERVICES (SAFE SEX) 9. EDUCATION & CAREER DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS 10.
