LAPD Ahmanson Recruit Training Center

The program’s main focus is to mentor, counsel, and train disadvantaged at-risk youth. We do this by providing them with purpose, a path to achieve their dreams and goals and motivating them to make the right choices. This program encourages excellence, respect, teamwork, leadership, integrity, and perseverance through the instruction of a quality program. Our program has created a positive support system that gives our youths hope, letting them know that they are not alone in this life. We continue to strive with the goal of enhancing young men and women’s lives in school, sports and support them in understanding their true value with in the community.
