Position Description

Our volunteers connect and build relationships with our students. They help guide the students in God's word. They lead a small group each weekend. They can attend some of our special events throughout the year.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes

We want our volunteers to learn how to teach God's word. We want them to learn how to build a safe environment for kids. We want our volunteers to build up the youth as they will be future leaders.

Desired Qualifications

We require our volunteers to attend service on their own, be a part of our life group, and have a heart to serve kids.

Our volunteers fill out applications, have a background check, provide references, and have an in person interview before being placed in a classroom.
