Since 1925 the City of Burbank Park, Recreation and Community Services Department has played an important role in creating healthy community through diverse and innovating recreation programming.

We invite you to connect with the endless opportunities available through our Department. Burbank’s primary goal is to meet the community’s recreational, social and human service needs through people, parks and programs.

Program Information

SENIOR AND HUMAN SERVICES

To enhance the quality of life of Burbank citizens age 55+, Senior and Human Services provides information and assistance services, nutritional programs, recreation programs and activities, volunteer opportunities (RSVP), special events, and travel opportunities.  The Joslyn Adult Center and Tuttle Center provide a variety of activities and programs for adults age 55+.  Congregate meal services are also provided on weekdays at Joslyn, Tuttle, and McCambridge Recreation Center for adults age 60+.
