Program Information ICAN-B is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service provider that currently serves families in Los Angeles, Ventura County, Orange County and San Mateo County (San Francisco). We are looking for individuals who are interested in helping children with Autism and other related disabilities. This is a great opportunity for Psychology, Child Development, and other Social Sciences graduates. It is a great opportunity for people currently completing their undergraduate degree. Currently, we offer part-time (10-20 hours per week). ICAN-B provides workshops trainings throughout the year. You are supervised and trained carefully by Case Managers (CMs) on a weekly basis. ICAN-B conducts quarterly evaluations (every three months) and provides a possible pay increase every six months based on performance. ICAN-B is a pay for performance organization. We implement the science of behavior across all our system.
