The Influencer is responsible for being an ambassador for Island International and promoting events by creating online promos reaching thousands of follower through social medial networks. In this role, you will monitor and report on major trends, provide feedback, and create effective campaigns to help the company meet its goals. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, talkative influential communicator with a passion for Social Media campaigns. Characteristics: Must be energetic, outgoing, friendly and talkative to speak to new customers. Ability to influence people to take action and sign-up for event. Ability to be a spokesperson in front of camera for company projects. Must collaborate on a team to accomplish objectives in a timely fashion. Ability to contribute ideas on current marketing/advertising strategies. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to follow instruction in a high fast-paced environment and have attention to detail. Ability to see projects through from concept through production. Social media savvy to energetically promote new events with creative aspects. Qualifications: In progress of an Associated Degree and/or B.A. in Business or Communications with an emphasis in Marketing or Public Relations or completed a B.A. in the field. Some experience preferred. Quick skills with MS Office programs and Adobe. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new processes and procedures. Must have the ability to work both independently and with the team.
