Program Information Established in 1990, the mission of American Chinese School is to foster the learning of the Chinese language and culture through creative and effective Mandarin-Chinese learning programs in a safe and nurturing environment. We are dedicated to teach students practical communication skills and inspire them to develop a life-long appreciation for the Chinese language and culture. We offer three programs: After-school, Saturday, and Summer learning programs. Our students range from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade. American Chinese School has a current enrollment of six hundred students who are placed in one of twenty-eight classes, in accordance with their language proficeincy level.
