Program Information

Capo Boxing Gym teaches all ages and backgrounds the core principles of boxing and boxing fitness. We offer programs for all levels of competition to the entire family. Among our many services we offer the following: TEAM TRAINING, BOXING CLASSES FOR VARIOUS SKILL LEVELS, HIGH-TEMPO BOXING FITNESS CLASSES, PERSONALIZED TRAINING FOR ALL LEVELS, FIGHTERS, & LOCAL EVENTS Learn the skills of boxing, get physically fit and build self-confidence. At Capo Boxing Gym, we believe in tradition, family & service to our community.
