Program Information Helping Hands Child Development Center is located at 8201 Arlington Avenue in Riverside. The school program serves children ages 2 thru 5 years old and is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The school is licensed by the state of California. The school provides a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, cognitive, language and creative development of young children.
