Peach Tree Healthcare sites are Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facilities. Peach Tree Healthcare is a 501 (c)3 non-profit community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services. Peach Tree Healthcare is a health center program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Peach Tree Healthcare receives funding through HRSA to help provide services to uninsured and underinsured patients. For all eligible patients, a discounted fee will be charged per visit according to the private pay plan as determined by the income guidelines. The discounted fee will cover all FQHC in-scope services provided at Peach Tree Healthcare sites for which Peach Tree Healthcare administers billing and collections functions.
