Office Manager At — Judson Real Estate
Position Description
This position gives students the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate business without the risk of stepping out on their own with the financial responsibility of being a new agent. Students will learn about marketing, transaction coordination, office and supply management, help coordinate office meetings and help agents with their needs as they navigate through their transactions. The opportunity to learn the business from a small brokerage is unmatched as the tight knit community of agents work closely together and are dedicated to the success of the brokerage and the people a part of it.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes
Students will learn about real estate marketing and advertising, transaction coordination, office and supply management, help coordinate office meetings and help agents with their needs as they navigate through their transactions. After this internship students will have a better idea of what it entails to be a successful Realtor and what it takes to run a successful office.
Desired Qualifications
A desire to learn about real estate and be at least in your sophomore year of college.
Length of position 6-12 months
Hours per week 5-20
