Describe the Clean Transportation program
Discuss with potential customers the various clean transportation programs available
Connect and train customers on the clean transportation online tool
Collaborate with the GRID Outreach & Construction teams to connect interested customers to the programs
Record and Track customer information via company spreadsheets & Sales Force program
Students will get actual experience with the following:
- Developed, presented and/or facilitated a workshop, training, or tour
- Participated in a workshop, training, or orientation
- Participated in or led outreach efforts
- Planned, organized, or led an event, program, or community project
- Provided general office administration (e.g. filing, data entry, processing forms, intra-office communication, meeting preparation, returning phone calls)
- Served in a customer service/concierge role
- Shadowed a professional
- Supported or assisted with an event, program, or community project
Training:
Students will be on-boarded and learn about the organization's goals, mission and vision, our accomplishments, challenges and current initiatives. Videos, webinars (video-taped & live) and one-on-one coaching will be provided to the student.
Support and supervision to students:
Daily & weekly check-ins, introduce students to key organization stakeholders, include student in bi-monthly team check-ins with internal & external outreach partners.

Student will be working virtually until Headquarter allows employees to return to the office. No safety requirements required.
