Opportunity Summary 
  • Assist in a class of 12 children ages ranging from 2 years to 3 years old following best practices, Title 22, Montessori Methodology.
  • Be on call to work in any classroom if needed.
  • Know and understand Title 22 licensing regulations and ensure compliance with them.
  • Use Transparent classroom to record daily activities.
  • Training on Transparent classroom will be provided by the Director.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents in your class.
  • Communicate and work together as a team with all staff members.
  • Bring questions, concerns, & issues to the director as they arise, as often as needed.
  • Any and all conversations are welcome and necessary to build a strong team, confident teachers and positive working relationships.
  • This list is not all inclusive and will change as necessary through collaboration between the Director and the Lead Infant Teacher
