Access Caregiving
Access Caregiving helps people with disabilities live a comfortable life in their own home. We help our clients with ADLs, rehabilitation, and engaging with the community. Each team member is CPR and First Aid certified and are trained to appropriately handle any behavior or situation. Many of our team members do activities with their clients; we take them on adaptive bike rides, hikes, swims, kayaking, etc.
Some clients do have behavioral challenges, so we train our team to work on preventative measures and safety actions.
To provide the best and safest environment for both our clients and team members, we require background checks on the team member. Our clients are vulnerable and have mental/physical disabilities, so we want to provide the best service we can. To do this, Access Caregiving requires our employees to become first aid/CPR certified within 1 month of joining the team.
