Organization Description

We are an all-volunteer project under the non-profit Code for America. Food Oasis is a validated resource for free food. Our website is mobile-friendly currently focused on Los Angeles and recently expanded to all of California. We have a team of tech volunteers and volunteers that call and research the organizations in our database.

Program Information

Volunteer training sessions are offered every Saturday morning from 10 AM - 12 PM.

All students, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation, are open and welcome to participate.
