Organization Description

Osteostrong is a center that provides clients the experience of biohacking through osteogenic loading and other modalities that builds a healthier musculoskeletal system and provides improvements in strength, flexibiity, and balance, posture, and agility.Going through the "Spectrum" is pain free, and only takes about 15 minutes once a week to provide enough resistance to stimulate bone growth that can improve overall quality of life.

Program Information

Becoming a session coach is the opportunity offered at our site. As a session coach, you have the ability to take clients through their Spectrum session on the 4 growth trigger machines, use the modalities offered at the site, and administer assesments to keep track of clients strength, balance, and bone density for multiple body parts.
