STUDENTS - please search for your Providence site in S4 to report your placement under one of the following:
- For Providence Hospitals or Community Resource Centers: search for “Providence” and/or the name of specific Hospital or Community Resource Center you are placing with.
- For Providence Outpatient Offices: Confirm with your faculty (or Doctor’s office you are shadowing at) that this is a Providence Outpatient Office and search for Providence: Outpatient Offices. (Individual offices are not named.)
- For the St. Joseph Home CARE Network: search for Providence: St. Joseph Home CARE Network.
