Organization Description

Community Alliance is a 20+ years old monthly newspaper dedicated to bring information and opinion pieces you wouldn't find in your local, corporate newspaper in Fresno County. Our intention is to generate and keep a permanent dialogue about our local government, our environment and our people. We operate with a limited budget but with the support of committed writers and friends. We want to keep our standards of quality and professionalism. The "government" of our newspaper is our Editorial Board.

Program Information

Maintain our website, upload stories and photos, assist others to upload stories and make changes (when needed) on the site; assist our Social Media Director distributing news stories.

Since we are interest on having the support of a student on the website-operation area, the hours of operation depend on the days of the month. Basically we are busier the first days of the month, uploading stories and photos, mantaining the site, etc.
