Remote Opportunity: Get On The BusAt — Center for Restorative Justice Works - Get On The Bus
Students working with Get on the Bus can participate in the following opportunities:
• Host Fundraising Campaigns – Online campaigns, such as GoFundMe to raise funds for programs.
• Field Work – Gathering and assisting families with their paperwork. Prepare them for the visit. Done via virtual and phone calls.
• YouTube – Instructional videos for the families – (How to….)
- Filling out paperwork o Who is a legal guardian?
- What do you need for a visit? Paperwork… ID, Notary, Legal Guardian paperwork
- Do’s and Don’ts at the institution o What does a GOTB day look like o GOTB Post COVID-19, what will it look like?
• Edit family videos
• Program Flyers
• Social Media Posts
• Contact families to update them with the latest details on trips or opportunities for alternate programming.

Training will be provided via Zoom by the Program Coordinator or other Get on the Bus Staff members.
Student will have learned how to provide support to the clients served through the Get on the Bus program.
