Program Information OASIS Center International is 501??3 organization that exists to improve quality of life for our low to moderate income youth and their families, primarily through the vehicle of the arts. We believe that Art Leads ??? and this theme is more than a mere motto. Some people believe that the arts is often used as a health indicator of a society, but we believe that where ???art goes, so goes our society???. Our passion is to create transformational moments with youth through arts education - that can ultimately lead children to know and to experience positive outcomes in life.
