Overview and practice of all aspects of work with school meal program. Menu planning and analysis, nutrition education planning and teaching, training and production in multiple kitchen operations types, budget planning, sourcing and purchasing food and supplies.

By the end of this opportunity, students will have learned: Students will have experience all aspects in operating a school meal program.
