Opportunity Summary 

Everyone A Reader is a volunteer reading tutoring program for students grades 1st-3rd who are just below grade level. Through in-person learning, volunteers and students work together with our Guided Reading program to build reading skills such as phonics, blending sounds, comprehension, fluidity and more. Volunteers are required to attend a 1 hour training course via Zoom. After completion, the volunteer will work with up to 4 students 1-5 times per week depending on availability for approximately 90 minutes each session. Tutors are responsible for logging in books read and various notes on each student. Del Rio volunteer application required. TB test required.
