Program Information Ohana Hibachi is a brand new start up food truck concept based out of Los Angeles. Ohana serves traditional Japanese grilled meats and vegetables with an emphasis on serving only the highest quality ingredients. We are comprised of a small team experienced chefs and business owners who bring years of knowledge to the table.
