Opportunity Summary 

Position Description (e.g. tasks, projects, assignments) The following tasks will be assigned:
1. Assist in Posture and Movement Assessments
2. Assist in composing Corrective Exercise Programs
3. Assist in teaching Corrective Exercises
4. Maintaining a clean working environment.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes
Objectives:

Learn the theory and philosophy of Foundation Movement and Fitness.
Understand the significance of Posture and Movement corrections and how it applies to populations ranging from athletes and human performance, to pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Understand how to appropriately progress clients thru a corrective or strength training program How to instruct and teach clients corrective exercises with supervision.

Desired Qualifications
Must have:
Completed Human Anatomy and Physiology, and biology classes, Biomechanics preferred
A health and wellness or fitness background
A Desire to work in the Health and Wellness Industry, Specifically in Rehabilitation, integrative Health, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics and Human Performance

Length of position (Note: A semester is 16 weeks long.) 16 weeks
