Health & Safety

The student will be meeting with the main contact (along with other co-directors). They are then assigned to meet with at least on co-director at least once a week for a 90-minute period. There will be discussion what she did the past week, and what their plan for their 5 assigned hours for the coming week. Also, the student will be in constant contact via a slack-like program for questions/comments/concerns.

It's important to note that our education sector sometimes work with high schools and their students, which then require fingerprinting with TB testing to be submitted to the school. If the student wishes to engage with the education sector of our organization, they will need to submit whatever work the high school requires and it will go through our sponsor, the School of Arts and Culture. This however will be discussed and explained with the student in question and forwarded to their instructor. If they do not wish to engage with the education sector, then no testing/checks will be needed.
