Organization Description

With solar cooking, women and children breathe cleaner air, save trees and soil, save money for food and education, and stay safe from violence. Solar cooking improves the quality of life and provides a way to adapt to a changing world.

Program Information

This site will open doors for our students that are interested in international policy, climate change,
advocacy, fundraising, and other key skills for political science, international relations, and environmental science careers. They are a small but impactful office where students will get be involved in a variety of activities that range from the day-to-day work to the high-level international virtual meetings and workshops. The skills students would be developing will be widely applicable.

Some tasks or skills involved: research, advocacy, analyze/contribute to global data, create or strengthen partnerships between SCI and other NGOs and Groups within the United Nations System, social media outreach, website design/updates, graphic design, etc.
