Organization Description

Beachwood Post-Acute & Rehab is a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that provides care to the greater Los Angeles region. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a team of dedicated professionals who are specially trained to manage a full spectrum of healthcare needs

Program Information

Student will assist nursing staff with patients by entering patient data/charting, assisting with patient daily activities, patient outreach, patient admissions, and communicating with charge nurses.

This opportunity will provide a learning experience for the student by providing direct patient care, the student will have a deeper understanding of the medical field. Other skills like communication and data entry of medical records will also be covered in this experience.
