E.C.S.V. (Educare California at Silicon Valley)

Organization Description

Educare California at Silicon Valley (ECSV) is an innovative early learning center that narrows the opportunity gap for low-income children ages 0-5 and their families and caregivers. The organization is part of a national Educare Network that includes 24 Educare schools, Head Start providers, school districts, philanthropists, researchers, policymakers and other like-minded champions who are dedicated to leveling the playing field for young children. Four core features compose the Educare model: data utilization, embedded professional development, high-quality teaching practices and intensive family engagement.

Educare Silicon Valley has transitioned leadership to Santa Clara County Office of Education.

Please direct all Educare related inquiries to Jennifer Ewers, Director of Early Learning and Care Initiatives, at jennewers@sccoe.org.
