Opportunity Summary 

Coordinators in our Resource Hub accept referrals for new and returning clients, communicated with clients and their case managers directly, and coordiante delivery of one or more services for clients in the Hub. Coordinators help with donation organization, resources distribution, and intake assesments.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students gain a range of administrative skills in this position as well as receive an introduction to human services and beginning case management and assesment skills. Students also gain knowledge of general non-profit operations and have access to a range of training opportunities related to mental health, housing first, and non-profit management.

Opportunity Training 

Trainings vary depending on students' interests for activities. We provide a general orientation to all students including introduction to mental health.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

We are adhering to all current safety guidelines relating to COVID-19 (face masks are required). We are only allowing fully vaccinated individuals to work in person at our site, and we have plenty of remote opportunities for those who prefer to work remotely.
