Opportunity Summary 

Support Human Resources in providing an exceptional employee experience. Assist with strategizing, planning and executing all internal employee engagement activities including in person events, digital communication platforms, onboarding new hires, audit employee trainings, and collaborating with internal team members on new initiatives that drive company culture.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Employee engagement tools, both digital and in person. How to support company culture through the employee experience. Onboarding procedures.

Opportunity Training 

Full hands on training will be provided including overview of our employee events calendar and past action items to refer to, walk through and use online platforms, practice onboarding program.
