Organization Description

Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development is an international interdisciplinary non-profit organization founded in 2013 to support and advance objective, rigorous scientific research on the impact of technology on toddlers, children, and adolescents.

Program Information

Research interns will read, critically evaluate, and report on current research in digital media and child development. In addition, interns will research, plan, and execute expert convenings and events for various stakeholders, including the public, among other research-based tasks. By the end of this opportunity, students interns will have learned how to read and evaluate academic articles, speak publicly about the findings, and work as a team with fellow interns on various projects at the Institute.
