Arena Training Center

Organization Description

Arena Training Center serves the community as a fitness facility and martial arts academy with a focus on lifestyle medicine and biohacking. ATC seeks to educate individuals on the care, maintenance, and potential of their own performance, recovery and stress management using proven, accessible, and non-invasive modalities. On-site services include whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, body composition analysis, float therapy, and nutrition counseling.

Program Information

Intern will become well-versed in the fundamentals of curriculum and wellness modalities including, but not limited to:

  • Strength, Conditioning, and Mobility Training
  • Martial Arts and Combat Defense
  • Operation of equipment required in wellness protocols (Compression sleeves, Cryotherapy chamber, Float Therapy tank, Infrared Sauna)

Intern will also participate in:

  • Administer, conduct, or oversee an assessment process
  • Assist a professional
  • Create evaluations, assessments, or survey instruments
  • Create written or digital content (e.g. graphic design, photos, website, blog/article, social media posts)
  • Develop, present and/or facilitate a workshop, training, or tour
  • Engage in play or fitness activities with clients
  • Observe a professional and/or client
  • Participate in a workshop, training, or orientation
  • Serve in a teaching role (including in an assistant role)
  • Shadow a professional
  • Support or assist with an event, program, or community project
