Join a top producing, fast-paced real estate team in San Diego's North County to become a licensed real estate salesperson, to learn how to represent buyers and sellers, and to become proficient in the brand/marketing side of the business.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

the curriculum for a residential real estate salesperson license and students will be prepared to test for their California Real Estate license. Students will also know the process involved in helping a seller list, stage and negotiate the sale of their home. Students will be familiar with the escrow process. Students will also know how to pre-qualify home buyers, how to identify the correct properties to show, how to show property and how to negotiate buyer offers. Finally, students will be proficient in marketing a real estate business on all digital platforms including analyzing engagement data to increase the businesses audience traffic and conversions.

Opportunity Training 

Students will take three pre-requisite courses required by the California Department of Real Estate: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices and Legal Aspects of Real Estate. Each course is 45 hours. Students will take and pass all three final exams. Upon completion, students will be fingerprinted (Live Scanned) and will apply to the Department of Real Estate to take the state Salesperson Exam, and for their Salesperson license. As the team lead and business owner, I will also be teaching brand management, social media content creation and scheduling, client relations, real estate contracts and addenda, and the sales process. By the end of the internship, students will be able to work in the real estate industry as licensed salespeople.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

When COVID scares occur, we quarantine and work via Zoom. Our office has the KISI lock system (iphone app). Our building and parking lots are secured, gated, and alarmed. We also have a cleaning team to keep us safe from germs.
