Saint Francis is a Holy Cross coed College-Prep High School located in Mountain View, California. Our students become Holy Cross men and women who are uniquely prepared for college, service and leadership. Program Information

Interns would get to see first hand what it takes to run a high school strength and conditioning program, from the programming/periodization side to the actual coaching of movements.

KNOWN HAZARDS: This off-campus learning opportunity is in a weight room where there are various heavy implements that will be used often. SUPERVISION: The Strength Staff oversees groups/teams of up to 75 athletes at a time.

  • KNOWN HAZARDS: The placement requires working with any hazardous materials, heavy equipment, or heavy machinery.
  • SUPERVISION: Students' supervisor be responsible for overseeing more than 8 people.
