The main goal of our Intern should be satisfaction; satisfy all government requirements when submitting immigration petitions, and keep clients satisfied in matters of customer service. When required Intern should communicate regularly with clients to (1) collect information and/or evidence needed for the completion of their petition (2) offer and/or provide case updates (3) remind clients of follow-up services, and/or outstanding case requirements. It is important to remain proactive in all situations; anticipate deadlines and maintain regular outreach with clients; most importantly, always work with a positive attitude. Resulting in honing their customer service skills, pleasure at working with legal professionals who have the desire, like the Intern, to offer dedicated and committed service to their clients.
Working hand in hand with professionals, the Intern will use pre-prepared stand operating procedures to achieve a well defined goal.
We interact daily with the public so wearing facemasks and regular anti-viral cleaning is a constant. While we understand that age may be an impairment to CoVid vaccination, all company staff members are fully vaccinated.
A well put together Resume/Curriculum Vitae would be a benefit, showing educational experience, any past internship experience (if any) and future career goals, etc.
