Ms. Debbi's passion and purpose is to mentor the future generation of teachers, family service workers, and all students going into the field of supporting children and families.

The duties will include assisting with preschool-age children as follows:
- Gross motor / fine motor activities
- Outdoor and indoor activities
- Cooking experiences
- Science: gardening, magnets, cause and effect, weather, nature walks
- Writing skills
- Literacy
- Math activities
- Fun in play
All students will be able to complete their syllabus instructions and goals to learn the behaviors of preschool age children. To learn their skills and interests. To help children with their goals in motor skills, communication skills, social skills, and more.
All the training will be provided by the director, who has 28 years of experience and a partnership with CSUSM for over 20 years.
Trainings provided will be those that are helpful for the students to assist the director in guiding the children in all the domains of education. Ex. Play based activities, literacy (reading to the children) gardening, outdoor activities, cooking experiences, art classes, writing practices, and music activities.
The students must have all vaccinations/immunizations up to date. A Covid Vaccination. The student will learn all our safety prodicals on site. Ex. fire drills, earthquake drills, 911, evacuations. etc;
