Program Information

The Division of Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention is comprised of more than 120 staff members in four major programs (Tobacco Control, Nutrition, Cardiovascular Health, and Policies for Livable Active Communities and Environments), and six specialty units (Injury Prevention, Communications, Clinical/Preventative Services, Research/Evaluation, Senior Health, and Administration). This Division works on several multi-million dollar grant-funded initiatives.
