Program Information Educational Talent Search (ETS) at California State University, Fullerton is designed to help students achieve their college dreams. ETS aims to support our Scholars' success in high school and provide experiences that allow them to gain the knowledge and skills to pursue a college degree. The Educational Talent Search program serves over 1,100 students annually at the Anaheim Union High School District.
