Opportunity Summary 

Torrance Clinical Research Insitute is a clinical research site that works with many pharmaceutical companies in providing the best quality data for clinical trials involving investigational drugs or devices and we see many patients in which we fully train our staff to provide Good Clinical Practice in order to carry out these studies.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

- Working in a research environment and specimen samples that can include blood,urine, and dry ice depending on which deparment students work in. 

- Communication with various patient populations to include the elderly population as we carry out Alzheimer trials as well as other trials that involve elders, and patient with diabilities.
