Mission: A sustainable leader, OPAC is at the center of Oxnard's artistic, educational, and economic life, inviting residents to discover, create, and connect through engagement with the arts and each other. Health & Safety

As an event center, our cultural and educational programs can run into the evening hours. Any student scheduled to volunteer after 6 pm will be with staff and supervised at all times. We ask that all students be vaccinated against COVID-19 to reduce risk and exposure. Temperature checks are taken at the beginning of each day/shift.

OPAC staff are generally on-site from 9 am to 5 pm and welcome the public from 12-4 pm M-F. As an event center, we are also work evenings and weekends as needed.
