Organization Description

Mission: To foster and serve our community through inclusive programming, cultural and artistic exchange, and developing people-centered spaces. Vision: To be the heart of community, culture, and art in Ventura County. By serving as an incubator for creative innovation, and assuming a key role in strategic arts planning, OPAC continues to be a valuable, vibrant, and vital part of Oxnard's cultural life.
