Program Information The mission of SOLE Effects is to empower youth to become confident, purpose-driven leaders by cultivating supportive connections with influential mentors. We are a team of experienced professional educators and psychologists who guide and mentor college students, equipping them with leadership skills, communication abilities, and career readiness. We train them to be strong leaders and mentors to 9th grade students, developing their leadership skills so they can all be influential role members amongst their peers and in their communities.
