Program Information Radio Santa Ana (RSA) is a community radio station, a source of information and education for the community of Orange County, and particularly in Santa Ana ??? the 2nd largest city in the County, with an 80% Latino population. RSA trains members of this local community to form a medium of communication and expression regarding culture, resources, events and social processes relevant to people's lives and work. The radio broadcasts locally on 104.7FM, and online at radiosantaana.org.
