Internship in Direct to Consumer Small BusinessAt — Rais Case, LLC
This is an opportunity: * To see the ins + outs of running a small direct to consumer retail business. * Experience the creative design elements from designing, photographing and launching a new products. * Review and Participate in 2022 Marketing Strategies, Social Media Calendar, Website Updates and Customer Service. * Observe and Assist in Operational Planning and Tasks from purchase orders, inventory control, shipping and supply chain management.
Desiree will have gain knowledge and skills in business management, product development, brand management, creative design planning (i.e. assist in organizing a product photo shoot both lifestyle and product shots), operations (back engine of the business), customer service and marketing.
Shadow and assist key professionals of Rais Case + Several from The Rising Co. Analyze and study brand followers data to create new strategies + marketing approach. Evaluate current website as customer to assess customer/user experience. Evaluate brand/marketing presence and share written assessment on what is strong/weak and identify areas of opportunity. Share data and written summaries from these tasks with Julie and team at weekly meetings. Be part of the creative design team of a life style photo shoot and follow the images thru editing and posting on website and uploaded to photo content file. I am sure we are missing some responsibilities but are open adding/editing as we journey through the internship.
The Rais Case Headquarter/Office and The Rising Co are both safe work environments. We do not manufacture our products at either of these sites.
We rely on a personal referral and for Desiree that was provided by a dear colleague, Julie Goldstein. We also received Desiree's resume and did a phone interview. We are a small business and it is important to us that the goals of the student/internship can be met by our team.
