The MAYE Center for Healing & Cultivation of Self

Organization Description

MAYE’s mission is to create a center in Cambodia Town which cultivates self-healing, resiliency and wellness. MAYE uses proven, culturally sensitive and environmentally healthy means including meditation, (urban) agriculture, yoga and (community) education to nurture and empower. The MAYE Center elements are used as the springboards for cultivating individual healings that nurture social activists as they address their healing needs resulting from social injustice of systemic oppression, racism, and inequity.
