Program Information Project Kinship is a Santa Ana-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by incarceration, gang involvement, and community violence. Co-Founded in 2014 by Steve Kim, who transformed his life after incarceration, the organization aims to foster hope, healing, and transformation through comprehensive services. These include adult reentry programs, youth development initiatives, mental health counseling, workforce development, and restorative practices in schools. Project Kinship employs professionals and individuals with lived experience to provide trauma-informed care, intensive case management, and advocacy. By addressing systemic barriers and promoting community reintegration, Project Kinship envisions a world where hope thrives, and cycles of despair are broken.
